TURKISH SERIES

 
Hey guys ,

       In this blog , I want to mention about Turkish series . Recently ,  a lot of series have been produced  in Turkey . 
Generally , these series are  based on love. As you know  , Turkish people like these kind of series. For examle , Hercai is one of them . It is being watched nowadays and attracts the attention all of Turkish people . Formerly , Aşk-ı Memnu was very popular .  

       These are only few examples about that . But , there is a problem about Turkish series , actually .  I don't know if you can guess, but to me , the main problem of the Turkish series is that it takes too long . Part of a series takes at least 2 hours. That is terrible a situation  because we spend a lot of time in front of the tv and it doesn't make sense to watch an entire series for 2 hours. The fact that series take so long can sometimes be disturbing .

 As in foreign countries, these series should be shortened  and should be divided into seasons. For example, it doesn't have to last 15 years like a Arka Sokaklar series. For example, each series will be 7 or 8 seasons and get 10 episodes per season. At least this makes more sense. I'm calling the producers here, please keep the series short :) :) ...

    You are totally right. Turkish series are so long and I think it is unnecessary.

    And not the whole 2 hours are full of action. Most of the time they are just looking each other :D

    Do you think the only problem is that they are too long? In my opinion, the biggest problem is that most of the plots have nothing to do with our own culture, and they try to impose immoral elements on our society as if they are normal. They are affecting young people badly, and day by day we are getting worse. In the long run I am afraid the new generation will bear no elements from our own culture and traditions.
